This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) and AI Scan Solutions (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing your use of the AI Scan Solutions software, platform, and related services (“Software”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Software.
1.1 No Replacement for Medical Professionals. The Software is intended solely as a tool to assist in the preparation of draft reports and image analyses. It does not replace the professional judgment of a licensed radiologist, physician, or medical professional.
1.2 Mandatory Review. All reports, analyses, or findings generated by the Software must be reviewed, verified, and signed off by a licensed radiologist or other qualified medical professional before being used for clinical or diagnostic purposes.
1.3 No Medical Advice. The Software does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Reliance on the Software without proper professional oversight is strictly prohibited.
1.4 User Input and Processing. Any information you enter may be processed to generate results, but such results are not intended to replace professional care. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how data may be stored or used.
2.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your professional or institutional purposes.
2.2 The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.
3.1 Authorized Access. Use of the Software is permitted only by licensed, registered users who have been approved by the Company.
3.2 Account Responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully liable for all activities that occur under your account.
4.1 The Software, including all code, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and related documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and its licensors.
4.2 You shall not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software except as expressly permitted by law.
4.3 All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with the Company.
You agree not to: Share, sublicense, or resell the Software; Use the Software for unauthorized or unlawful purposes; Circumvent technical restrictions or security measures; Allow unlicensed users to access or use the Software.
The Software may process or store medical images, reports, or related data in compliance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with all regulatory requirements.
7.1 The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
7.2 Company is not responsible for diagnostic errors, treatment decisions, or outcomes resulting from reliance on the Software.
7.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Company may terminate this Agreement immediately if You breach any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
